Friendly Lord Zondar was spontaneously animated in 2014 when lightning struck a pile of scrap metal and lighting fixtures I had left on the roof of Studio 23. Luckily he came in peace. He lived on the roof of Studio 23 for a while until my landord saw him and said I couldn’t keep a giant robot on the roof. He came inside for a while, then one day he walked around the corner to The Local and took residence there for a few years. He did a guest spot over at Flax Art Supplies when it was in Oakland and now he spends his retirement in the main event room at Faction Brewing. Say hello next time you see him.
